When and where is the Eatz & Beatz Halloween Market?

Saturday 31 October 2026, from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, at the Bowen Sporting Complex.

How do I book a vendor site?

Head to our events page, choose the Eatz & Beatz Halloween Market, fill in the vendor form and follow the prompts to pay for your site.

How much does a vendor site cost?

A standard 3 m × 3 m site is $50. A larger site with 6 m frontage × 3 m depth is $100.

When is my booking confirmed?

Once your vendor information and your payment have both been received.

What information do I need to provide?

Your business and contact details, the products or food you’ll be selling, the site size you need and any power requirements.

Is power supplied?

No — power is not supplied at your site. Every vendor brings their own, so plan for a generator or battery power for anything you need to run.

What time can vendors arrive and set up?

Arrival, set-up and vehicle-access instructions are emailed to confirmed vendors closer to the event.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Yes. Bring everything you need for your setup — marquee, tables, chairs, lighting, extension leads and weather protection where it applies.

Do I have to decorate my stall for Halloween?

No, the Halloween theme is optional. But vendors are encouraged to dress up and decorate their stall or food van — for the chance to win their vendor fee back!

We limit how many vendors sell the same thing so everyone trades well. Categories that are full are closed off.

Power you are bringing We place louder generators away from the main stage, to keep noise down and the event comfortable for everyone.

This event has no power or water at your site. Every vendor supplies their own, so please bring a generator and whatever water you need for the day.

Public liability is required for all vendors. Food vendors also need their food licence. PDF or photo, up to 10 MB each.

5 Choose your site

Only the sites for your vendor type can be selected. Whatever you pick is held for you for 10 minutes while you finish — tap a bay again to let it go.

Tap a bay to take it. Market stalls can join up to 8 bays together, so tap the ones next to it to make your stall whatever shape you need. Tap a bay again to drop it.

Bays further back stay greyed out until the ones in front of them are taken, so the market fills up without gaps. If your stall needs the room, it can still run on into them.
